Day 1 with Cube: Quick setup checklist
Welcome to Securibox Cube. We put together this quick guide to help you get started on day one.
Step 1: Create your Cube
There’s a number of different ways you can create your Cube, depending on what brought you to us in the first place. We’ve got guides for creating your Cube using a third-party provider like Google or Microsoft and for those who want to create their Cube to receive and store their payslips and other professional documents.
Step 2: Add your clouds
Once you’ve created your Cube, make sure you add one or more clouds to your account to be able to increase your storage space, manage your files and link your agents to your clouds.
The available clouds at this time are:
- Microsoft
- Orange
- Dropbox
- Box
- Cube
Step 3: Set up your agents
After adding your clouds to Cube, you can start setting up your agents to automatically retrieve your documents spread across the web.
Over 200 agents and still counting are made available on Cube. They cover a wide range of national and international services that we grouped, in categories and countries, to make it easier for you to find your agent. We’ve got other guides that will provide more information on the agents.
Once you’ve set up your agents, remember to sync your agent accounts to retrieve your documents for the first time. The Cube app’s notifications will let you know the status of your syncs and accounts.
Step 4: View your Dashboard
After receiving your first collected documents we’ll be able to display some of your related information on your Dashboard.
You’ll be able to obtain a quick or detailed view of your data and documents thanks to the Cube Dashboard.
- Account Summary - Preview the latest collected files of your agents and the situation of your storage space.
- Monthly Summary of Expenses - Preview your monthly expenses in each category.
- Detailed breakdown of expenses - Go deep into the values of your income and expenses for each category, agent or accounts.
Step 5: Search
Use the search engine to find a file or folder across all your connected clouds.

Step 6: Settings
Remember to check your personal information and manage your account from the settings tab.
- My Profile - Edit your profile information
- Accounts - Manage your cloud account’s permissions
- Security - Update your password
- Notifications - Set up to receive the Cube newsletter, your agents activity and monthly summary.
